By taking out a lot of carbs you lose a lot of water weight, but you hurt your performance. Cut fat instead and do it slower. Most people don’t know for example that most energy in chocolate comes from fat and not sugar. Fat is nine calories per gram. Sugar is four.

5 kg in a month it’s absolutely doable, but how much is fat and how much is water weight? It’s possible to lose 3 kg in a week by just water weight alone.

The video would do even better if you lay on some text with kilos, because that’s what the rest of the world uses.

Nice work! Apple probably used an 8K drone or something similar and probably a well adjusted polarizing filter helped because the sun was coming from a 90 degree angle and filters are pretty effective at this. Then a lot of Photoshop and you've made it as a multimillion-dollar company ;-)

what was your calorie deficit per day would have been between 1,000_1,300. I lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks on a 1,200 cal deficit. zero carbs sugar 3 hrs cardio/water jogging a day. felt truly incredible.

I would appreciate if anyone could explain when I would need to tack or jibe, I understand that tacking is when you are sailing close hauled and want to sail on the opposite close haul but what about jibing? Thanks in advance

Nice to listen to a real person. Life’s stresses have brought me to my highest weight ever. 235. Looking to take off 10%. Down 3 pounds in 5 days. Eating from 11am to 7 or 8. 3 small meals, about 300 to 600 calories each, With balance of protein fat and carbs. I was eating probably around 3000 to 4000 calories a day. At least half of it later at night. Thanks for the inspiration.

Good video, shows it can be done in emergancy situation (I don't think i'll do that in the water, brave). One thing was strange and that was measuring the roundness of that tool across the flat gaps. :)

Everything Josh said is true. It's not made up. Here's my story. Although I ate healthy low fat foods in my regular diet, I was also consuming a vast amount of sugar in my diet. For the longest time, I didn't know why I continued to consistently gain weight. Even though I was eating healthy foods everyday, I was eating cookies, ice cream, cake, chips, and many other sugary snacks. I would drench the salad I would eat in sugary salad dressings. I decided that I needed a change. My plan of attack was to eliminate voluntary sugar out of my diet permanently (except for the 2-3 grams of sugar per serving that is added to the food I eat). I decided to eat small meals more frequently and cut out foods like bread and pasta that turned into sugar. As a way to keep it real, I allow myself to eat what I want on Sunday of each week (still no sugar though on that day). It's been 2 weeks since I started my new journey, and this is what's happened to date. I've lost 13 pounds. I have healthier skin. My back pain has considerably decreased (which I later learned that sugar is highly inflammatory to the body). I am starting to fit into my old clothes. I have more energy and more confidence in myself. I started at 265 lbs, and am currently at 252 lbs. My next physical is in October, and I can't wait to see the results. So now, I have made a supplemental goal. I want to get to 185 by the end of this year, which is the weight I was at when I was a young man. We'll see what happens. But everyday on this journey is a new day. I feel transformed already, and I'm never going back to voluntary sugar. Find it within yourself to make these wonderful changes and you will be a much happier person 🙂

Great job on your journey. I wish I could join you, but things change when you are in your 60's. All I need to do is look at a brownie and I'll gain 2 pounds.
